If for any reason you are not happy
with your purchase, you may return the
items postmarked within 30 calendar days
from the day your order was placed. Items must
be returned in their original condition
(unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags attached.
If any of these requirements are not fulfilled, the
return will not be processed. On-Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
Final Sale items, Jewelry, Scarves, Eyewear, Hats, Hair Accessories, Tights, Bras, Bodysuits, Swimwear, Lingerie, Gift Cards.
RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
On-Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
To exchange your product, please return it for Store Credit. Once the return parcel has been processed, and your credit issued, you will receive a notification email. You can then reorder at your convenience.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
1. Request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by Contacting Us
2. Specify in your email the item(s) you would like to return.
3. You will receive a Prepaid Shipping Label to return your merchandise (return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund).
4. Drop off your package at a local USPS office or a USPS authorized shipping center.
All International purchases may be returned within 30 days from the
day your order was placed. Unfortunately we are not able to offer
a prepaid label for International orders. International orders
are orders shipped to countries other than the US.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
Returns for store credit will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the merchandise. Store credit will be issued via email.
We process refunds within 14 business days after receiving the merchandise. A Refund Confirmation email is sent.
Original shipping costs and/or Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you return over $2000 worth of merchandise within a year period you may be subject to a modified return policy. Our customer care will contact you directly if this is relevant in your case.
